About
Thulane Lekala
-
Thulane Lekala has 7 years’ work experience gained from private and non-profit sectors where he provided support in financial management, financial accounting, procurement, human resources development, administrative policies and procedures and management of risk involved with management of donor funds. He has experience in operations management, governance and donor financial reporting’s, preparation, monitoring and control of budgets. He has sound knowledge and application of major ERP/financial accounting systems such as Pastel Evolution, Pastel Partner, Pastel Express and QuickBooks, and has extensive experience to customise accounting systems to enable streamlined donor reporting. He worked at an NGO as a Finance Officer. He has experience in implementation of rules and regulations of grants for donors such as Global Fund for Aids TB and Malaria (GFATM), USAID and other donors as well as foundations. His work included preparation of successful proposal budgets for donors such as Global Fund and USAID A-133 Audit responding to audit requests and queries from PWC, BDO, Grant Thornton and Mazars Auditors and to the Local Fund Agent representatives from KPMG.

Ntombizodwa Lekala

Ntombizodwa Lekala has 7 years’ work experience gained from private sectors. She has an extensive experience as a Debtors and Creditors Control. Throughout her career she has been under debtors and creditors control with several great and top 10 companies in the country.

What distinguishes Ntombi from many other accountants in the accounting field, is having the consistency and largely experience as debtor and credit controller under private sector, she have great professional relationship with clients and formulate practical implementable solutions for clients. As an experienced accountant she has been responsible for establishment and efficient functioning of finance and admin for private companies.
